Document Hosting

Sharing documents virtually on 2Shoes is a great way to save time, money, and the environment, by not printing. Not only can you, as an admin or presenter, upload files but you can share links as well. The current single file upload size is 100MB.


How to attach Documents to 2Shoes:

If you have not already created an account on the 2Shoes platform that would be the first step to take. Go to app.2shoes.com/admin to create your free account today!

After creating your account you will need to create an event or session to hold your event. You can follow the Getting Started Guide here.

Once you have clicked “Edit” in the Event or Session you want to upload the documents, click “Choose a File” to upload a document from your computer. Once completed scroll down to the bottom and click Update Event/Session.


Best Practice: When you create a presenter profile and add them to a session, the app will allow them to upload their documents at any time to that session. Make sure your presenters know how to do this so it saves you the trouble of doing this minutes before the session occurs.
